MINUTES OF THE BROWN DEER BUILDING BOARD Virtual Meeting Phone/Video May 18 , 202 6 The meeting was called to order at 4:0 0 p.m. I ROLL CALL Present: Mary Buckley , Will Manley , Chris Eger , Nicole Robbins Excused: Ryan Thacker Also Present: Nate Piotrowski, Community Development Director; Ken Smith , JD Griffiths ; Jaina Ch iolero ; Lemberg Signs II PERSONS DESIRING TO BE HEARD None III CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES M r. Manley motioned, and M s. Robbins seconded to approve the minutes of April 20 , 202 6 . Approval was unanimous. IV OLD BUSINESS 1. N one V PLANS SUBMITTED FOR CONSIDERATION The following item s w ere on the a genda for review: 1. New Detached Garage – 8040 N. Cedarburg Road Mr. Piotrowski reviewed the proposed garage and introduced the builder , Ken Smith from JD Griffiths . M s. Robbins stated that the plans looked good and complete and she did not have any issues with the proposal. Mr. Manley concurred . Mr. Eger motioned for approval of the garage plan and M s. Robbins seconded . Motion to approve the garage plan was unanimous. 2. New Wall Sign – Rogers Behavioral Health, 4555 W. Schroeder Drive Mr. Piotrowski reviewed the propos al and introduced Jai na Chiolero, of Lember g Signs. Ms. Robbins asked if the sign was to be illuminated. Ms. Chiolero replied that it was not illuminated. Ms. Robbins also asked if it was the only sign on the building facing Schroeder Drive. Ms. Chiolero replied that it was the only sign and faced the street. Mr. Manley motioned for approval of the sign plan and Mr. Eger seconded . Motion to approve the sign plan was unanimous. VI ADJOURNMENT M r. Manley moved adjournment and M r. Eger seconded. Approval was unanimous.
