BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING MINUTES
Thur sday , May 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM

I. Roll Call
Present: Members Jim Farmer, Bill Hoffmann, Alice Lanphier , Blake Maurer
Also Present: Assessor Patti Raduenz and Clerk Caren Brustmann
Excused: Members Michael Bembenek
It was moved by Mr. Farmer and seconded by Mr. Maurer to nominate Mr. Hoffmann as the
chairperson for the 202 6 board of review.
II. Adjourn to a Later Date
The meeting was moved by Mr. Farmer to be adjourned to T hursday, June 25 at 1 :00pm at
4: 02 pm. The motion carried unanimously.
