Project Description: This outside air conditioning chiller serves for both the Village Hall and Police
building areas.
Project Justification: It is approaching its 20-year life span and building maintenance identified a need
to replace the system. Each year there are more maintenance needs to keep the chiller operable. The
chiller was originally installed in 2008, and the Village is increasingly experiencing significant
maintenance issues with it.
