HUMAN RELATIONS COMMITTEE MARCH 18 , 202 6 MEETING MINUTES HELD AT THE BROWN DEER VILLAGE HALL 4800 WEST GREEN BROOK DRIVE The meeting was called to order by Trustee Greaves at 5 :37 p m. I. Roll Call Present: Trustee Greaves, Members G reene-Evans , Greer , Ward Excused: Member s Gordon, Jackson and Warren II. Persons Desiring to be Heard There were no persons desiring to be heard. III. Consideration of Minutes It was moved by Ms. Ward and seconded by Ms. Greene-Evans to approve the minutes of January 21, 2026 . The motion was carried unanimously. IV. Old Business A ) Review Resources and Possible Action on Building an Inclusive Community for Individuals with Autism The committee continued discussion on the availability of grants and accessibility of autism- related resources within the community. A suggestion was made to approach local businesses to provide free resources on tools or programs related to autism. B ) Coordinate Members Welcoming New Homeowners Trustee Greaves and Ms. Greene-Evans will welcome new homeowners from the past month. V. Scheduling of Next Meeting The next committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 20 at 5:30pm . V II .
