VILLAGE OF FOX POINT / MILWAUKEE COUNTY STATE OF WISCONSIN Public Notice Public Test of Voting Equipment Regarding the partisan Primary Election on August 11, 2026 Held: Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 5.84(1 -2) Testing Equipment, the electronic voting equipment must be tested at a public meeting. The ES&S DS- 200 which utilizes automatic tabulating equipment will be tested on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 5.84(1-2), Public Testing of Equipment must not be more than 10 days prior to the election. Location: Village Hall, 2nd Floor, Schwemer Hall 7200 N Santa Monica Blvd Fox Point, WI 53217 (414) 351-8900 The test is open to the public. The test shall be conducted by processing a pre-audited group of ballots so marked as to record a predetermined number of valid votes for each candidate and on each referendum (when applicable). The test shall include for each office one or more ballots which have votes in excess of the number allowed by law in order to test the ability of the automatic tabulating equipment to reject such votes.
