The Police Commission will convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Specifically, the Police Commission will review applications and interview candidates for the position of Police Officer, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute §62.13(4) and Fox Point Village Code 112-16(b). D. Reconvene and Possible Action on Closed Items a. The Police Commission will reconvene into open session and may act on the above-described matters which were considered in closed session. E. Adjournment Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through sign language interpreters or other auxiliary aids. It is possible that members of, and possibly a quorum of members of, other governmental bodies of the municipality may attend the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
