NOTICE OF MEETING VILLAGE OF FOX POINT VILLAGE BOARD MEETING POLICE DEPARTMENT - PADWAY HALL WEDNESDAY 7300 N. SANTA MONICA BLVD February 11, 2026 FOX POINT, WI 53217 8:00 AM AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Closed Session It is anticipated the Village Board will convene into closed session for the following reason(s): a. Upon motion made, seconded and adopted by roll call vote, the Village Board will convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(c) and (e), Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; and 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Village Board will conduct an interview for Village Manager and the Board will deliberate and consider compensation and offer strategies and may consider and take action to extend a conditional offer of employment. 3. Reconvene into Open Session The Village Board may reconvene into open session and possibly take action on the matters discussed in closed session. 4.
