Roll Call 2. Closed Session It is anticipated the Village Board will convene into closed session for the following reason(s): a. Upon motion made, seconded and adopted by roll call vote, the Village Board will convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; the Village Board will consider and discuss applicants for the position of Village Manager. The Village Board may invite specific persons to attend the closed session, and if so, the persons invited will be announced prior to convening in closed session. 3. Reconvene into Open Session The Village Board may reconvene into open session and possibly take action on the matters discussed in closed session. 4.
