NOTE: THE VILLAGE BOARD WILL BE MEETING IN PERSON AT VILLAGE HALL, WITH A REMOTE ATTENDANCE OPTION, PER THE HYBRID MEETING PROCEDURES FURTHER DESCRIBED IN SECTION 19- 32 D. OF THE VILLAGE CODE. THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO ALL CITIZENS IN PERSON AT VILLAGE HALL, OR THROUGH THE ZOOM PARTICIPANT INFORMATION SHOWN BELOW, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: NO ASSURANCE IS PROVIDED TO THOSE GOVERNING BODY MEMBERS AND CITIZENS INTENDING TO ATTEND REMOTELY THAT THE TECHNOLOGY WILL PERFORM SUFFICIENTLY TO ALLOW FOR THEIR PARTICIPATION AND THE MEETING WILL PROCEDE REGARDLESS. Consultant Firm Presentations for Interim Village Manager/Village Manager search. The V illage Board will hear presentations from five consultant firms in this order; each allotted approximately 20 minutes. 1 P ublic Administration Associates LLC 2 Strategic Government Resources 3 Innovative Public Advisors 4 McMahon 5 MGT 3. Possible Closed Session (First) I t is anticipated the Village Board will convene into closed session for the following reason(s): a. Upon motion made, seconded and adopted by roll call vote, the Board will convene in closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which t he governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; more specifically to discuss hiring of the Interim Village Manager proposed by each hiring consultant firm. The Village B oard may invite specific persons to attend the closed session, and if so, the persons invited w ill be announced prior to convening in closed session. 4. Reconvene into Open Session (First) Page 2 of 2 The Village Board will reconvene into open session and may take action on such matters as were discussed in closed session. 5. Selection of hiring consultant firm. The Village Board may select a hiring consultant firm. 6. Appointment of Interim Village Manager. The Village Board may appoint an Interim Village Manager. 7. Consideration and Possible Action Concerning Process for filling the role of Village Clerk/Treasurer. The Village Board will consider and may act to establish a process for hiring a new Village Clerk/Treasurer. If particular candidates are to be considered at this meeting, that would be addressed in closed session, per agenda item 7. 8. Possible Closed Session (Second). It is anticipated the Village Board may convene into closed session for the following reason(s): a. Upon motion made, seconded and adopted by roll call vote, the Village Board will convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; more specifically, to discuss and consider the possible confirmation, compensation and related terms applicable to any particular candidate(s) for Village Clerk Treasurer. The Village Board may invite specific persons to attend the closed session, and if so, the persons invited will be announced prior to convening in closed session. 9. Reconvene into Open Session (Second) The Village Board will reconvene into open session and may take action on such matters as were discussed in closed session. 10. Adjournment Published and Posted October 17, 2025.
