Page 1 of 1 NOTICE OF MEETING VILLAGE OF FOX POINT VILLAGE BOARD MEETING SCHWEMER HALL – MUNICIPAL BUILDING MONDAY 7200 N. SANTA MONICA BLVD June 30, 2025 FOX POINT, WI 53217 4:00 P.M. AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Closed Session It is anticipated the Village Board will convene into closed session for the following reason(s): a. Upon motion made, seconded and adopted by roll call vote, the Village Board will convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(c) and (f), (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; and (f) Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations; the Village Board will meet in closed session to discuss Village Manager Scott Botcher’s work status and need for leave. Included in closed session will be the Assistant Village Manager, Village Attorney, Clerk- Treasurer, Village Engineer/DPW Director, and Chief of Police. 3. Reconvene into Open Session The Village Board will reconvene into open session and may take action. 4.
