NOTICE OF MEETING VILLAGE OF FOX POINT TREE COMMISSION Village Hall Board Room 4:00 PM Thursday 7200 N. Santa Monica Blvd. June 5, 2025 Fox Point, Wisconsin 53217 AGENDA 1. Roll Call. Persons Desiring to be Heard: At this time, individuals can address the Tree Commission on one or more topics for up to three-minutes with time extensions at the Chair’s discretion. Individuals desiring to be heard may reserve a portion of their time, or defer it altogether, to when the Commission takes up the agenda item. In connection with non-agenda and no action items, no action will be taken except for possible referrals to individuals or committees. 2. Approval of Minutes of March 13, 2025 Meeting. 3. Old Business: a. Follow-up discussion with Village Staff, Re: Tree Planting on Private Property Initiative 1) Discounted Tree Purchase 2) Rebate Program b. Update on landscape construction occurring at St. Augustine Prep 4. New Business: a. Forester’s Activities Update year to date 1) 2025 Arbor Day feedback 2) Completion of Spring 2025 Tree Planting Program b. Discussion regarding the mission of the Tree Commission 5. Any Other Matters that may Properly Come before the Tree Commission.
