Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Gary Frankiewicz, Joan Avery, Miles Macone, Jon Johnson, Audrey Kevan Others present: Mabi Plisky, Donna Trudelle Public Comments: One citizen voiced concern regarding rushing the hiring of a new town clerk and to be mindful of providing resources to the new clerk to help him/her be successful in the position. New Business: • The board discussed resources for the new clerk position. There was an applicant who is qualified to take over the duties of clerk: Leslie Arf. She resides in the township and has business experience. Motion made by Gary Frankiewicz to appoint Leslie Arf to the position of town clerk effective February 23, 2022 until the election in April of 2023. Seconded by Jon Johnson. Motion passed unanimously. Audrey Kevan will stay on as consultant to get Leslie materials and begin her duties. Next Regular Board Meeting Date: *****Note date change*****Wednesday, March 9, 2022 @ 6 p.m. Adjourn: Motion by Miles Macone to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 p.m.; seconded by Jon Johnson.
