Neal Czaplewski, Chairman Jeff Rice, Supervisor No 1 Steve Swantz, Supervisor No 2 Jason Ketterhagen, Supervisor No 3 vacant, Supervisor No 4 Town Board Meeting Minutes 32288 Bushnell Road / Burlington WI 53105 December 23, 2025 Call to order: Roll Call and Verification of Posting Chairman Czaplewski called to order the special meeting of the town board at 2:00PM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. The meeting was held by telephone. Czaplewski confirmed that the meeting was properly posted. In attendance along with Czaplewski were Supervisors Jeff Rice, and Jason Ketterhagen. Steve Swantz was absent. Purchase of PPV Fan for the Fire Department Chief Vill Vrchota spoke about the quotes received for a PPV fan along with available grant money to use. Rice motioned to approve the purchase of a PPV fan in the amount of $5,425 from Air One for the Fire Department; Ketterhagen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
