SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF SPOONER MINUTES Call to Order at 6:00 p.m. Electors present: Joan Avery, Gary Frankiewicz, Jon Johnson, Miles Macone, Audrey Kevan Jon Johnson motioned to approve Minutes of April 20, 2021 (Recessed) Annual Meeting of Electors; seconded by Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. Motion to recommend to the Board of Supervisors the proposed Town 2022 Budget by Ed Fischer; seconded by Jon Johnson. Motion carried unanimously. It is noted that the Notice of Town of Spooner Special Meeting of Electors was posted at least three places (AAA Sports Shop, Spooner Lake Town Billboard, Town Hall bulletin board, Spooner Advocate and posted www.townofspooner.com) at least 15 days prior to November 9, 2021 and not more than 20 days before November 9. Motion by Joan Avery to approve the 2021 Total Town Tax Levy of $168,231 to be collected in 2022 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Statutes; seconded by Jon Johnson. Motion carried unanimously. Elector’s Items or Concerns: Spooner Lake Road is looking good. No concerns The next Annual Meeting of Electors is scheduled for the 3rd Tuesday of April (April 19, 2022) at 6 p.m. at the Town Hall.
