Neal Czaplewski, Chairman Jeff Rice, Supervisor No 1 Steve Swantz, Supervisor No 2 Jason Ketterhagen, Supervisor No 3 vacant, Supervisor No 4 Budget Working Session Minutes 32288 Bushnell Road / Burlington WI 53105 October 14, 2025 Call to order The working session for the 2026 Budget was called to order by Chairman Czaplewski at 6:01PM. Along with Neal Czaplewski, Supervisors Jeff Rice, Steve Swantz, Jason Ketterhagen and Administrator Rachel Naber were in attendance. The clerk provided a document showing that the meeting had been properly posted. Working session for the 2026 budget The board and administrator reviewed the proposed budget for 2026.
