Special Town Board Meeting — Minutes

Neal Czaplewski, Chairman Jeff Rice, Supervisor No 1 Steve Swantz, Supervisor No 2 Jason Ketterhagen, Supervisor No 3 Brian Fliss, Supervisor No 4 Town Board Minutes 32288 Bushnell Road / Burlington WI 53105 August 26, 2025 / 2:00 PM 1. Call to order At 2:00PM Chairman Czaplewski called to order a special meeting of the Town of Burlington supervisors. The meeting was held virtually. Neal Czaplewski, Jeff Rice, Steve Swantz, Jason Ketterhagen, and Brian Fliss were all in attendance. Clerk Rennie confirmed that the meeting was posted properly. 2. Alcohol Beverage License applications a. The Breakaway – 7305 McHenry St b. Tony’s Bar & Lounge – 7850 McHenry St Fliss motioned to approve the applications for The Breakaway and Tony’s Bar & Lounge contingent upon receiving payment for the applications; Swantz seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Appointment of Agents a. The Breakaway – Joshua Bourdo b. Tony’s Bar & Grill – Avtar Singh After confirming the background checks have been completed on the agents, Swantz motioned to approve the agents as listed above; Rice seconded. Motion carried unanimously. 4. Adjournment Having no further business, Swantz motioned to adjourn at 2:06PM; Fliss seconded. Motion carried.
