Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Gary Frankiewicz, Jon Johnson, Miles Macone, Tammy Ackerson, Joan Avery Others present: Mabi Plisky, AJ Salquist Minutes of July 13, 2021 Regular Meeting & July 28, 2021 Special Meeting: Motion by Jon Johnson to approve July 13 & 28, 2021 minutes, seconded by Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. Treasurer’s Report: Motion by Jon Johnson to accept July 2021 Treasurer’s Report, seconded by Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. Correspondence: • September 18, 2021-Town of Spooner Clean Up from 9-12 p.m. Must be a town of Spooner resident. Residents can drop off items at Spooner Town Hall. Will accept tires, appliances, scrap iron, car batteries, tv’s, computers and electronics. Public Comments: • No comments New Business: • Annual Maintenance Contract for Consulting, Assessing and Appraisal Services for 2022, 2023, 2024 between Town of Spooner Holloway Appraisal Service, motion to approve by Miles Macone, seconded by Jon Johnson. Motion carried unanimously. • Discussion and action on hiring outside IT for our email. Macone will look into a company, services and charges for next meeting. Gary Frankiewicz will look into CenturyLink and see what they can do. Highway Update and Expenditures (Supervisor Macone): • Miles Macone reported on potholes and mower issues. It is not working. Talked about maybe looking into farming out mowing instead of dealing with the mower problems/expenses. • Miles Macone has a message in with Monarch. Project. • Miles Macone will message Luke Meier if there are any road projects. • Stop sign down at Bulik’s Trailer Park. Miles will fix this and put it back up. Payment of Bills (including status of Town Budget vs Actual expenses to date and Balance Sheet): Motion by Miles Macon to approve payment of bills in the amount of $6,961.61; seconded by Jon Johnson. Motion carried unanimously. Future Agenda Items for Regular Board Meeting: • Hiring outside IT for email • Seasonal boat passes for 2022 Next Regular Board Meeting Date: Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 6 p.m. Adjourn: Motion by Miles Macone to adjourn the meeting at 6:44 p.m.; seconded by Jon Johnson.
