Pledge of allegiance was recited. Electors present: Gary Frankiewicz, Jon Johnson, Miles Macone, Shauna Lindstrom, Mabi Plisky, George Kissinger, Diane Kissinger, Joseph Banick, Polly Banick, Ed Fischer, Akemi Fischer, Tom Moats, Jean Moats, Mike Saunders, Deb Shipman, Richard Shipman, Mike Kohlthoff, Jeanette Kohltoff, Liz Gargulak, Pat Inman, Gary Inman, Matthew Peterson, Chris Thompson Minutes of November 10, 2020 Special Town Meeting of Electors: Motion to approve minutes as written by Jon Johnson; seconded by Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. November Special Town Meeting of Electors: Motion by Shauna Lindstrom to set Special Meeting date for November 9, 2021 at 6 p.m. at Town Hall to set Levy for calendar year 2022; seconded by Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. Elector’s Concerns: Ed Fischer requested a resolution opposing proposed 200 site seasonal campground near Spooner Lake. Discussion by the electors. An advisory vote was taken by show of hands. Vote was 19-5 with 19 in favor of the resolution, 5 opposed. No further action was taken. Note: An ordinance is a law coming from the town board itself; therefore, Mr. Fischer’s request is not an ordinance nor a resolution and considered an advisory vote. Next Special Town Meeting of Electors: November 9, 2021 at 6 p.m. The next Annual Meeting of Electors is, by Wisconsin Statutes, the 3rd Tuesday of April, and therefore April 19, 2022.
