Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Supervisor Gary Frankiewicz, Supervisor Jon Johnson, Supervisor Miles Macone, Treasurer Joan Avery, Clerk Shauna Lindstrom Others present: Joe Banick, Polly Banick, Mabi Plisky, Ed Fischer, Akemi Fischer, Chris Thompson, Jeanne Bruce Minutes of February 9, 2021 Regular Meeting: Motion by Supervisor Miles Macone to approve February 9, 2021 minutes, seconded by Supervisor Jon Johnson. Motion carried unanimously. Treasurer’s Report: Motion by Supervisor Jon Johnson to accept February 2021 Treasurer’s Report, seconded by Supervisor Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. Correspondence: • Lucas Meier, Washburn County Surveyor, sent reminder letter of WI Chapter 59.74 which requires notifying the County Surveyor 30 days in advance of any work that may endanger a landmark. New Business: • After discussion was held on seasonal passes/boat launch fees, a DRAFT proposal will be done by Chairman Frankiewicz to possibly make Seasonal Boat Passes available to non Town of Spooner residents at an increased fee over Town of Spooner residents, and a proposal letter will be done to find out interest of Spooner Lake District Board taking over all future passes/fees under Ordinance No. 08-13-2018. Highway Update and Expenditures (Supervisor Macone): • Road Supervisor Macone shared Five Year Road Improvement/Maintenance Plan that was submitted by previous Road Supervisor Fenniman. Discussion was held on an updated maintenance plan and bid advertisement(s). Payment of Bills (including status of Town Budget vs Actual expenses to date and Balance Sheet): Motion by Supervisor Jon Johnson to approve payment of bills in the amount of $14,710.25, motion seconded by Supervisor Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously.
