Notice of Public Hearing Town of Paris Plan Commission NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Town of Paris Plan Commission on Monday, April 20, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Paris Safety Building, 16607 Burlington Road, Union Grove Wisconsin 53182 to consider a proposed rezoning and an amendment to the Land Use Plan Map for the Town of Paris of the Comprehensive Plan for Kenosha County. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comment on the proposed amendments. An application has been filed with Kenosha County and the Town of Paris by RRAM Productions, Inc. c/o Marcel Kuper, President P.O. Box 7 Union Grove, WI 53182-0007 as current owner and  GLD Real Estate, LLC c/o Timothy Cullinan, Member 3220 N Wolf Road Franklin Park, IL 60131 as buyer and Attorney Anthony Nudo Terry & Nudo, LLC600 52nd Street, Suite 320 Kenosha, WI 53140 to: Rezone from A-1 Agricultural Preservation District, PR-1 Park and Recreational District and A-2 General Agricultural District to A-1 Agricultural Preservation District, PR-1 Park and Recreational District and A-2 General Agricultural District. Said rezoning is just for an approximate 15.16-acre portion of the land to go to PR-1 Park and Recreational District;  Land Use Plan Map amendment from Farmland Protection, General Agricultural and Open Land and Park and Recreational uses to Farmland Protection, General Agricultural and Open Land and Park and Recreational uses. Said Land Use Plan Map amendment is just for an approximate 15.16-acre portion of the land to go to Park and Recreational uses; All on Tax Parcel #45-4-221-051-0161 (combined from historical parcels: 45-4-221-051-0160, 45-4-221-051-0400, 45-4-221-054-0415, and 45-4-221-054-0400), located in the Town of  Paris . During the Public Hearing, the public is invited to speak on the application. Written comments can be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting and shall become part of the record. The Public Hearing shall be closed when all interested parties in attendance have had a chance to offer comment. Upon the close of the Public Hearing, a meeting of the Town of Paris Plan Commission shall be called to order and the application shall be addressed per the agenda.
