Special Town of Paris Meeting 16607 Burlington Road Union Grove, WI 53182 August 28 th , 2023, at 9:00 am Call to order Roll Call Board may consider a motion to go into closed session, pursuant to sec. 19.85 (1)(e), for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, pertaining to the draft Master Agreement with Midwest Fiber Networks, and pursuant to 19.85(1)(g), conferring with legal counsel concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation the Town is presently involved in:  specifically:  Case No:  22-2435, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit Peter Nelson, Plaintiff-Appellant v. Town of Paris, Defendant-Appellee, Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin No. 22-CV-1100; Reconvene into open session and take action, if any, as to the matter(s) discussed in closed session.
