Board of Review — Minutes

May 27, 2026 Present were Patrick DeMoon, David Soderman, William Westerlund, Ken Sweinberg, Attorney Luke Martell, Roxanne Johnson, and Assessor Rocco Vita Excused: AJ Johnson 1. The meeting was called to by Deputy Clerk/Treasurer on May 27, 2026, at 10:00a.m. 2. Roll Call was taken, Patrick DeMoon, David Soderman, William Westerlund, Ken Sweinberg, Attorney Luke Martell, Roxanne Johnson, Assessor Rocco Vita 3. Motion was made by Ken Sweinberg to appoint Patrick DeMoon as Chairperson of Board of Review. David Soderman seconded the Motion. All ayes. Motion carries. 4. Motion was made by Patrick DeMoon to appoint Ken Sweinberg as Vice Chairperson of Board of Review. William Westerlund seconded the Motion. All ayes. Motion carries. 5. Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Johnson submitted the affidavits for Ken Sweinberg and William Westerlund for the Board of Review mandatory training requirements. 6. Any other matters to address. Assessor Rocco Vita explained the process of a re-evaluation to the Board of Review members. It has been 5 years since the Town of Randall has done a re- evaluation. Printed Notices will go out to residents around June 29,2026. 7. Adjourn: A motion by Patrick DeMoon to adjourn to July 29, 2026, at 10:00a.m. William Westerlund seconded the motion. All ayes.
