Notice of Budget Hearing — Minutes

November 26, 2025 Take notice the Public Hearing for the Town of Randall 2026 Budget was held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Randall Town Hall, 34530 Bassett Road, Bassett, WI. Seven people attended. 1. Chairman Nordigian called the Public Hearing for the 2026 Budget to order at 5:01 p.m. 2. Chairman Nordigian led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Review and discussion of the proposed 2026 Budget. The proposed budget was presented, gone over, and asked for questions and comments. Chairman Nordigian answered various questions. 4. A motion by Supervisor Bailitz and seconded by Supervisor Soderman adjourn the Public Hearing on the 2026 Budget, motion carried. The Special Town Board Meeting to be held immediately following the Public Budget Hearing which began at 5:00 p.m. The Special Town Board Meeting is being called by the Town Board for the following purpose: 5. Chairman Nordigian called the Special Town Board Meeting to order at 5:06 p.m. 6. To adopt the 2026 Budget pursuant to Section 60.40 (4) of Wisconsin State Statues. A motion by Supervisor Hughes and seconded by Supervisor Soderman to adopt the 2026 Budget as presented, motion carried. 7. To adopt the 2025 Town Levy to be paid in 2026 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1)(a) of Wisconsin State Statues. A motion by Supervisor Bailitz to adopt the Town levy at $605,140.00 and seconded by Supervisor Hughes, motion carried. 8. Bills. A motion by Chairman Nordigian/Supervisor Hughes to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. 9. A motion by Supervisor Bailitz/Supervisor Soderman to adjourn the Public Hearing and Special Town Board Meeting, motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 5:09 p.m. Callie Rucker Clerk
