Special Town Board Meeting — Minutes

July 3, 2025, Minutes Special Meeting 1. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Mark Nordigian at 6:02 PM. 2. Roll call of Supervisors: Supervisor Balitz, here, Supervisor Hughes, here, Supervisor Horbach, here, Town Chairman Nordigian, here, Supervisor Soderman, here. 3. Citizens Comments: seeing there are no citizens here, citizens comments are closed. 4. Supervisor Hughes and Supervisor Horbach went over reasons why they thought Roxanne Johnson would be a good candidate for the Treasurer’s Position. They also went over the duties she was very familiar with in working in local government. Supervisor Balitz asked how many hours Roxanne would be working. She would be working 32 hours and her day off is yet to be determined. She is aware of Callie’s day off. Town Chairman Nordigian stated the flexibility of her day off and the possibility of working every day with fewer hours. Supervisor Balitz is against the office being closed on Friday, especially in the summer since that is the time summer people would utilize the office. 5. Mark Nordigian asked for a motion. Supervisor Horbach made the motion to hire Roxanne Johnson as the Town of Randall Treasurer; Supervisor Hughes seconded the motion. Town Chairman asked if there was any further discussion, being none, motion carried unanimously to hire Roxanne Johnson as our Town Treasurer. 6.
