Town Board — Minutes

May 19, 2025, Special Meeting Present were Mark Nordigian, Julie Horbach, George Bailitz, Nancy Kemp, Sue Hughes, Callie Rucker 1. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Mark Nordigian at 6:00 p.m. 2. Chairman Nordigian led those present with the Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Minutes: A motion by Horbach/Bailitz to approve April 14, 2025 minutes as presented, motion carried. Chairman Nordigian questioned the Board if we could move the June 23rd meeting start time to 6:30. 4. Consider applicants for the open Town Board Supervisor Seat #3 position. There was 1 application submitted by David Soderman. A motion by Horbach/Bailitz for David Soderman to Seat #3 Supervisor, motion carried unanimously. 5. Appointment of Plan Commission Chairman. Chairman Nordigian has appointed Ken Sweinburg to Chairman the Plan Commission. 6. Bills: A motion by Hughes/Horbach to approve the bills as presented in the amount of $19,432.39 check numbers 41850-41860 including May-2, LIABCHK and BILLPAY. Motion carried. 7. Adjourn: A motion by Bailitz/Horbach to adjourn, motion carried, meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m. Callie Rucker Clerk
