Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Hello, New business item "B"- lease of the Former Recycling Center Please take into consideration that the Village of Germantown has not award any developers any information yet about the VILLAGE CENTER, OLD FLOWER PORPERTY, GORSENICK PROPERTY AND THE ASCENSION PROPERTY. Due to not having "public meetings" on all the properties for how they would be developing the area for the future with the residents. Nothing has been decided at all yet. Why would the village agree to $1. Lease ? Who came up with the $1.00 amount? Also, how would this affect the residents in BLACKSTONE CREEK SUBDIVISION? Believe, it was said they didn't want a "path" in that way. The Village Board didn't even have any discussions on this yet! This is the first of it being on the agenda. Don't believe the golf carts are locked up now. Park in the front of the building. Why can't they just park and store the equipment's to the west, on the gravel road going toward the retirement home? Why would the Village Board agree to let this developer to be first to be offer to buy the property? Because of "past closed doors" meetings with certain former members? This would be "very unfair" to all developers who might have a plan they would like to submit, when the time comes. It could be a better plan, then what this developer would like to do. Please take everything into consideration. Do it the right way this time around. The Schneider's
