I am a patron and neighbor of the stube. I think the business is a true gem and should be
awarded the permit with reasonable restrictions. I feel that frequency, hours and noise levels of
the entertainment should be discussed. It's nice to enjoy the quiet of the garden, however,
entertainment should be enjoyed as well. I have heard some very raucous
performances and
noise levels from my residence on Hilbert Lane. The bandstand does direct the noise
somewhat, but perhaps the addition of some sound containment devices could be considered.
Sincerely,
Kary Harmon

To Whom it May Concern:
We received a letter regarding the application for Outdoor Entertainment Permit submitted by
Von Rothenburg Bier Stube. We fully support your granting them this permit. We live on
Main Street across from Gehls, and we truly enjoy living so close to Von Rothenburgs. What
an asset this establishment is to the community! We often walk there to enjoy their food,
drink and music offerings in the summer.
Please consider grating their request for the permit.
Sincerely,
Steve and Elizabeth Green

I OPPOSE the item.
Would you like to speak at the
meeting?
No, I do not wish to speak at the meeting. I only want to
submit my comments through this form.
Comments This establishment has been asked in seasons past to
have their music at a lower level and not have it so late
into the evening./. They have not consistently done this.
The outside customer area isn't that big that the music
can keep from disturbing 1 or more blocks away. If this
permit would be granted,, maybe some restrictions can
be followed. I don't believe loud music should go past
10PM. Thanki you.

Subject: Outdoor Entertainment Application by Tiny T"s

Dear VIllage Board:
I oppose the granting of the permit for outdoor entertainment for Tiny T's at W157 N11638
Fond du Lac Ave.
I own the property at W156 N11545 Fond du Lac Avenue, a 4 unit apartment building. My
objections are as follows:
1. Noise pollution. Amplified music, crowd cheering and bass frequencies travel long
distances over open air. This will lead to sleep disruption, stress, and irritation for the tenants.
Since not everyone keeps the same schedule, even daytime entertainment can create hazards
and disruptions for the tenants.
2. Traffic Congestion and Parking Spillovers: Large events draw significant vehicle traffic
causing delays and creates the potential for blocked driveways and congestion in the
neighborhood.
3. Antisocial Behavior and Safety. Intoxicated patrons, loitering, trespassing and rowdiness
can spill over into the residential areas, raising safety concerns.
4.
Litter and Trash: Event attendees often leave behind wrappers, cups and alcohol containers
that can blow into nearby yards and public spaces.
5. Quality of Life:
The above issues can affect the quality of life for my tenants.
6. Negative Economic Impact: The noise pollution and other issues could negatively affect
the value of the rental units and the achievable rent.
