MINUTES OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD VILLAGE OF SLINGER August 14, 2025 1. Call to Order The meeting of the Joint Review Board was called to order by Washington County Chief Administrative Officer Aaron Daul at the Village of Slinger Municipal Building at 300 Slinger Road, Slinger, WI, at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, August 14, 2025 in accordance with the Notice of Meeting. 2. Roll Call & Notice of Meeting: Present Absent Dean Otte, Village of Slinger Trustee & Representative x Aaron Daul, Washington County Representative x Tara Wendt, MPTC Representative x Kristi Brooks, Slinger School District Representative x Debra Selle, Public Member x _____ _____ 5 0 Also Present: Harry Allen, Ehlers Financial Public Finance Advisors Michelle Schoof, Village Treasurer Chairman Daul informed the members present that the open meeting law had been complied with in connection with the meeting. Notice of the meeting was sent to all who requested same and posted in three public locations. Attendance or absence of the Board members was n oted for the record. 3. Approval of minutes The Board reviewed the minutes from the July 16, 2025 annual Joint Review Board meeting. Motion Otte/Selle to approve the minutes as presented; passed. 4. Review the public record, planning documents and the resolutions passed by the Plan Commission and Village Board Harry Allen from Ehlers informed the Board that the two amendme nts have been presented to the Planning Commission and the V illage Board for approval, as required. He stated that there have been no changes to the previous amendments. 5. Consideration of “Resolution Approving an Amended Project Plan for Tax Incremental District No. 4. Motion Public Member Selle/ Trustee Otte to approve resolution. Passed. 6. Consideration of “Resolution Approving an Amended Project Plan and Boundaries for Tax Incremental District No. 8. Motion Trustee Otte/ Slinger School District Representative Brooks to approve resolution. Passed. 7. Adjournment There being no further discussion, Chairman Daul asked for a motion to adjourn.
