F:\CLERK\Committees\Board Of Review\Publication\PUB 20230509.docx NOTICE OF MEETING TO ADJOURN BOARD OF REVIEW TO LATER DATE The BOARD OF REVIEW for the City of Neenah , Winnebago County, Wisconsin, will meet on the 9th day of May 2023 at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the thirty -day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to Sec. 70.47(1) of Wis. Statutes. Due to the fact the assessment roll will not be complete at this time, it is ant icipated that the Board of Review will organize , train, and immediately adjourn until after the date in which the Assessor has completed the revaluation of the city. Notice will be published when the Board will reconvene at the completion of the revaluation. You may contact the City Assessor at 920-886-6115 with further questions. Pursuant to Sec. 70.45 of Wis. Statutes the assessment roll for the year 2023 will be open for examination August 22 to 24, 2023 in the 3 rd Floor Conference Room of Neenah City Hall, 211 Walnut Street from 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Instructional material about the assessment and the Board of Review procedures will be available at that time for information on how to file an objection and the Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin Law.
