TOWN OF BARABOO SAUK COUNTY , WISCONSIN NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF ELECTORS Notice is hereby given that a Special Town Electors Meeting will be held at 6:00pm on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at Town Hall Meeting Room, 101 Cedar Street, Baraboo, WI 53913, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 60.12(1)(c). The Town Board has called this Special Town Meeting to present and request the approval of the electors for the following: Purpose: To consider and vote, due to vacancy, to make the position of town treasurer a position that is appointed by the town board rather than elected going forward. To consider and vote to make the positions of clerk and treasurer into one combined clerk/treasurer position going forward. Only matters specified in this notice may be acted upon at this meeting.
