STATE OF WISCONSIN SAUK COUNTY TOWN OF BARABOO Public notice is hereby given that the Town of Baraboo Town Board will hold their regularly scheduled monthly town board meeting on: Monday, January 12, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Town of Baraboo Town Hall, located at 101 Cedar Street, Baraboo, WI, 53913. AGENDA 1. Call the meeting to order and verify compliance with Wisconsin’s open meetings laws. 2. Take a roll call of the town’s elected officials. 3. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Discussion and possible action in regards to adoption of this meeting’s agenda. 5. Discussion and possible action in regards to approval of the minutes of the regular town board meeting held on December 9, 2025.(Which was rescheduled from Monday December 8, 2025). 6. Citizens’ appearance; any person wishing to speak about a subject that is not on this agenda may make a short presentation to the town board. Please keep the presentation respectable and concise. 7. Discussion and possible action on Public Hearing of Resolution #2026-01 Adopting the Sauk County hazard Mitigation Plan:2025-2029. 8. Discussion and possible action on renewal of Special Exception Permit for the Heimlich Property Fox Ridge Plant. (Called and moved to Feb. Agenda.) 9. Discussion and possible action on Resolution #2026-02 to approve Prevail Bank as Financial Institution for CD#90913742. 10. Discussion and possible action in regards to formal input regarding the proposed amendments to Chapter 7 of Sauk County’s Code of Ordinances. 11. Discussion and possible action in regards to exploring possible alternatives for website administration. 12. Discussion and possible action on 2026 District Meeting registration. 13. Discussion and possible action on update of 2 WI DNR MUNICIPAL FLOOD CONTROL GRANT PROGRAM.(Talked with Brad Boettcher, Gen. Eng.& he will forward info to their department person). 14. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance/Resolution and Electors Meeting to go from Elected Clerk to Appointed Clerk position. 15. Discussion and possible action on Town of Baraboo Comprehensive Plan. 16. Discussion and possible action on quote from JComp for upgrading town computers. (Quote given) 17. Discussion and possible action in regards to have Pellitteri Waste Systems come to Town Hall to shred old town documents. (Baraboo State Bank uses Pellitteri for onsite disposal). 18. Discussion and possible action in regards to repairs & equipment needed for Town Hall: women’s bathroom toilets & lock on bathroom door; new shelving for storage room and fix sink in kitchen draining very slowly. 19. Discussion and possible action in regards to Town of Baraboo keys: numbers assigned to who & type. 20.
