Village of Prairie du Sac Joint Board Meeting Minutes of Meeting October 12, 2021 1. CALL TO ORDER. The Prairie du Sac Village Board, along with the Village of Sauk City and Township of Prairie du Sac, met for a Joint Board Meeting on October 12, 2021 at the Sauk Prairie High School, 105 9th Street, Prairie du Sac WI. Prairie du Sac Village President, Cheryl Sherman, called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. 2. Village of Prairie du Sac Roll Call. Present were, Board Members: Abby Dinger-Zach, Craig Bender, Cheryl Sherman, Nick Lester, and Lauri Meixelsperger. Also present, Alan Wildman Village Administrator, Niki Conway Clerk/Treasurer, and Public Works Director Troy Murphy. Strathman Excused. Village of Sauk City Roll Call. Present were, Board Members: Lynn Rausch, John Schmidt, Abigail Brutson, Jim Anderson, Jeff Boll, Amy Krumenauer, and Jon Cody. Also Present Heidi Koch, Village Administrator and Kaitlin Nye, Deputy Clerk. Town of Prairie du Sac Roll Call. Present were, Board Members: Craig Walch, Janine Godfriaux-Leystra, and Tom Schneller. Also present Richard Meier Treasurer, Richard Nolden Clerk, and Plan Commission Member Dennis Porter. Lichtenheld and Murphy Excused. 3. Selection of Joint Meeting Chairperson - (Lester/Bender) moved to nominate Sherman as chairperson. Motion Carried. (Bender/Dinger-Zach) moved to close nominations. Motion Carried. 4. Public Notice of Agenda, deletions/corrections – (Anderson/Meixelsperger) moved to approve agenda. Motion Carried. 5. Communications – None 6. Public Hearing: a. Sauk Prairie Comprehensive Plan Amendments and Addendums – (Schmidt/Krumenauer) moved to close public hearing. Motion Carried. 7. Action Items: a. Consider Ordinance to Adopt Sauk Prairie Comprehensive Plan Amendments and Addendums – i. Town of Prairie du Sac – (Schneller/Walsh) moved to approve ordinance. Motion Carried. ii. Village of Prairie du Sac – (Bender/Meixelsperger) moved to approve ordinance. Motion Carried. ii. Village of Sauk City - (Boll/Cody) moved to approve ordinance. Motion Carried. 9. Discussion Items: a. Sauk Prairie School District Project Update – Completion is to be in 2023. Pool passed inspection today having first meet this Thursday. 10.
