MEETING OF THE FINANCE COMMITEE OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON OCTOBER 23, 2023 Upon giving proper notice pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats., and certifying compliance with the open meetings law, the Finance Committee meeting was called to order on Thursday, October 23, 2023, at 12:00 P.M. in the Kay C Mackesey Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South. Present were President John Webb, and Trustees Tom Diehl and Joe Eck. Also in attendance were Jason Puttkamer, Director of Public Works, Troy Operator, Lt. Bill Laughlin, Eric Thunberg, Asst. Police Chief, and Attorney Richard Cross. Motion by Eck, seconded by Diehl, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. The committee reviewed with staff the preliminary 2024 budget. A motion was made by Diehl, seconded by Eck to forward to the Village Board of Trustees with changes as discussed and to bring forward a resolution for a 2 nd plow truck for 2023. Motion carried. There were no other matters authorized by law or items to be considered at future meetings. Motion to adjourn by Eck, second by Diehl. Motion carried.
