MEETING OF THE PLAN COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON October 23, 2023 Upon giving proper notice pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats., and certifying compliance with the open meetings law, the Plan Commission meeting was called to order on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. in the Kay C Mackesey Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South. Present were President John Webb, and Commissioners Tom Diehl, Les Bremer, Cary Brandt, Steve Droegkamp and Doug Clausen. Also in attendance were Jeremy Peach, Asst. Zoning Administrator, Raine Gardner, MSA, Jason Puttkamer, Public Works Director, and Attorney Richard Cross. Motion by Diehl, seconded by Brandt, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. A motion was made by Bremer, seconded by Diehl, to recommend an Architectural Design and Landscape plan for 221 E Durkee St. to relocate the existing detached garage on-premise. (WF Zoning & Overlay District). Motion carried. A motion was made by Diehl, seconded by Bremer, to recommend an Architectural Design and Landscape plan for 31 Kalahari Dr. Suite B for a proposed remodel of the former Bank to a restaurant. (C- 1 Zoning & Parkway overlay district) with the recommendations by Peach. Cross said a special exception permit will be needed for parking. Motion carried. A motion was made by Bremer, seconded by Droegkamp, to recommend an Architectural Design and Landscape plan for 110 Wis Dells Pkwy S to add a patio area at the front of Moosejaw Restaurant (C-1 Zoning & Downtown overlay district) with a recommendation for improved fencing.
