MEETING OF THE PLAN COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON September 28, 2023 Upon giving proper notice pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats., and certifying compliance with the open meetings law, the Plan Commission meeting was called to order on Monday, September 28, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. in the Kay C Mackesey Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South. Present were President John Webb, and Commissioners Tom Diehl, Les Bremer, Cary Brandt, Merije Ajvazi, Steve Droegkamp and Doug Clausen. Also in attendance were Jeremy Peach, Asst. Zoning Administrator, Raine Gardner, MSA, Jason Puttkamer, Public Works Director, and Troy Locken, Water Operator. Motion by Diehl, seconded by Ajvazi, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. A motion was made by Brandt,, seconded by Droegkamp, to recommend approval of the Architectural Design & Landscaping Review for 24 Heckendorn Drive in Waterfront Commercial. Motion carried. Motion by Diehl, second by Bremer, to recommend approval of the Architectural Design & Landscaping Review and PDD Regulations for the development at 413-505 South Burritt Ave., Dawn Manor. Motion carred. There were no other matters authorized by law or items to be considered at future meetings. Motion to adjourn by Diehl, second by Ajvazi. Motion carried.
