MEETING OF THE HOUSING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON August 28, 2023 Upon giving proper notice pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats., and certifying compliance with the open meetings law, the Housing and Property Maintenance Committee meeting was called to order on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 12:45 P.M. in the Kay C Mackesey Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South. Present were Trustees Cary Brandt and Les Bremer. Trustee Marije Ajvazi was excused. Also in attendance were Richard Cross, Attorney, and Jeremy Peach, Assistant Zoning Administrator, and President John Webb. Motion by Bremer, seconded by Brandt, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. Motion by Bremer, second by Brandt to recommend approval of an i nitial Class A-PM permit application expiring 9/30/2023 for Perry and Denell Gholston (Owner) at 530 E. Hiatha Drive – Lighthouse Cove #204. Motion carried. There were no other matters authorized by law or items to be considered at future meetings. Motion to adjourn by Bremer, second by Brandt.
