MINUTES OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON August 28, 2023 Upon giving proper notice pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats., and certifying compliance with the open meetings law, the Joint Review Board of the Village of Lake Delton was called to order on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. in the Kay C. Mackesey Administration Building. In attendance were Tom Diehl, Village of Lake Delton; Steve Rhoads, Wisconsin Dells School District; Shawna Marquardt, Madison College (MATC); and Brent Miller, Sauk County. Also in attendance were residents Jill Diehl and Wayne Manternach along with Sean Lentz from Ehlers, Liz Geoghegan, Sauk County Treasurer, and Jessica Machovec, Sauk County Treasurer appointee. A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Marquardt, to appoint Jill Diehl from the Wisconsin Dells Visitor and Convention Bureau to serve as the resident member. Motion carried. A motion was made by Marquardt, seconded by Rhoads, to appoint Tom Diehl as chair. Motion carried. Lentz reviewed the responsibilities of the JRB and the TID 4 amendment and draft project plan. Motion by Miller, second by J. Diehl, to recommend approval of the TID 4 amendment and draft project plan. Motion carried. The board set the next meeting to consider approval of the TID and the Annual JRB for Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the Kay C. Mackesey Administration Building.
