MEETING OF THE PLAN COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON August 28, 2023 Upon giving proper notice pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats., and certifying compliance with the open meetings law, the Plan Commission meeting was called to order on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. in the Kay C Mackesey Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South. Present were President John Webb, and Commissioners Tom Diehl, Les Bremer and Steve Droegkamp. Commissioners Doug Clausen, Marije Ajvazi, and Cary Brandt were excused. Also in attendance were Richard Cross, Attorney and Sean Lenz, from Ehlers Motion by Diehl, seconded by Bremer, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. A Public Hearing regarding proposed amendment of the boundaries and Project Plan of Tax Increment 4 was held. No one from the public attended. Motion by Diehl, second by Bremer to close the public Hearing Motion by Bremer, second by Droegkam p to approve Resol ution 23- 016A Approving an amendment to the Project Plan and Boundaries of Tax Incremental District No. 4. Motion carried. There were no other matters authorized by law or items to be considered at future meetings. Motion to adjourn by Bremer, second by Diehl. Motion carried.
