MINUTES OF THE AIRPORT COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON Upon giving proper notice pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats., and certifying compliance with the open meetings law, the Airport Commission of the Village of Lake Delton was called to order on Monday, July 24, 2023, at 1:30 PM in the Lake Delton Police Department. Present were Chair Tom Diehl and Commissioner Tim McCumber and Alternate Les Bremer, Flight Based Operator (FBO) Bill Murphy, and Attorney Richard Cross. Commissioner Dusty Enge was excused. A motion to adopt the agenda was made by Bremer, seconded by McCumber. Motion carried. There were no citizen appearances. A motion was made by Bremer, seconded by Diehl, to approve the March 27, 2023 minutes. Motion carried. McCumber reported that the Capital Plan was approved and that he and Bill discussed the taxiway improvements as being the top priority at the master planning meeting a couple of weeks earlier. The FAA is still reviewing the Airport Assignment to the Village of Lake Delton. FBO Bill Murphy reported on a hanger door modification by one of the users. As the modifications were minor the commission concurred by consensus to let him proceed. Bill will get back to him. A motion was made by Diehl, seconded by Bremer to approve the Airport Budget Reports and Balance Sheets. Motion carried. A motion was made by Bremer, seconded by Diehl, to approve a lease assumption agreement for Pointon Aviation LLC for Lots 8 and 24 togehter. Motion carried. The next meeting date was not determined.
