Stats, that a MEETING OF THE HOUSING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE of the Village of Lake Delton will be held on Monday, July 24, 2023 beginning at 1:00 PM at the Lake Delton Police Department at 35 Miller Drive, in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin, and the following items will appear on the agenda. AGENDA 1. Call to order and certify compliance with the open meeting law 2. Adoption of meeting agenda 3. Consider the Initial Class A-PM permit application expiring 9/30/2023 for Property Manager - Destination Dells, LLC for Gidget Gibbons (Owner) at 530 E Hiawatha Dr – Lighthouse Cove #416 4. Consider the Initial Class A-PM permit application expiring 9/30/2023 for Property Manager - Destination Dells, LLC for Grace-Jo Vacation Rentals LLC (Owner) at 874 Xanadu Rd – Highland #5 5.
