MEETING OF THE HOUSING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON July 24, 2023 Upon giving proper notice pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats., and certifying compliance with the open meetings law, the Housing and Property Maintenance Committee meeting was called to order on Monday, July 24, 2023, at 1:45 P.M. in the Lake Delton Police Department located at 35 Miller Drive. Present were Trustees Tom Diehl, Les Bremer, and Bernadette Skwor. Trustees Cary Brandt and Marije Adjvazi were excused. Trustee Diehl was filling in at the request of President John Webb. Also in attendance were Richard Cross, Attorney, and Jeremy Peach, Assistant Zoning Administrator. Motion by Bremer, seconded by Skwor, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. Motion by Bremer, second by Skwor to recommend approval of an i nitial Class A-PM permit application expiring 9/30/2023 for Property Manager - Destination Dells, LLC for Gidget Gibbons (Owner) at 530 E Hiawatha Dr – Lighthouse Cove #416. Motion carried. Motion by Skwor, second by Bremer to recommend approval of an Initial Class A-PM permit application expiring 9/30/2023 for Property Manager - Destination Dells, LLC for Grace-Jo Vacation Rentals LLC (Owner) at 874 Xanadu Rd – Highland #5. Motion carried. There were no other matters authorized by law or items to be considered at future meetings. Motion to adjourn by Skwor, second by Bremer. Motion carried.
