Stats, that a MEETING OF THE HOUSING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE of the Village of Lake Delton will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023 beginning at 1:15 PM at the Lake Delton Police Department at 35 Miller Drive, in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin, and the following items will appear on the agenda. AGENDA 1. Call to order and certify compliance with the open meeting law 2. Adoption of meeting agenda 3. Consider the Initial Class A-PM permit application expiring 9/30/2023 for Property Manager - Destination Dells, LLC for Joseph Lehocky (Owner) at 530 E Hiawatha Dr – Lighthouse Cove #102 4. Consider the Initial Class B permit applied for by Mestizo Escapes LLC at 785 E Hiawatha Drive expiring 9/30/2023 5. Consider the Initial Class B permit applied for by Vacasa Wisconsin LLC for Robert Olson at 631 Lakeview Ct expiring 9/30/2023 6. Any other matters authorized by law 7.
