MINUTES OF THE PLAN COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON Upon giving proper notice pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats., and certifying compliance with the open meetings law, the Plan Commission of the Village of Lake Delton was called to order on Monday, May 22, 2023, at 1:00 PM in the Lake Delton Police Department. Present were Chair John Webb and Commissioners Tom Diehl, Steve Droegkamp, Cary Brandt, Les Bremer, and Doug Clausen. Also in attendance were Alternate Merije Ajvazi, Asst. Zoning Administrator Jeremy Peach and Attorney Richard Cross. A motion to certify meeting compliance and to adopt the agenda was made by Droegkamp, seconded by Bremer. Motion carried. Motion was made by Diehl, seconded by Droegkamp to approve the Architectural Design & Landscaping Review to change exterior color of at 31 Wis Dells Pkwy S, Rockin’ Chicken Shack. Motion carried. Motion was made by Diehl, seconded by Bremer to approve the Architectural Design Review for construction on an exterior bar at Grateful Shed Truck Yard at 1470 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy. Fencing will be required to keep patrons from flowing into the parking lot. Motion carried. There were noother matters authorized by law. Motion to adjourn by Diehl, seconded by Clausen.
