Stats, that a Special Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Lake Delton will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 beginning at 1:00 PM at the Lake Delton Police Department at 35 Miller Drive, in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin, and the following items will appear on the agenda. AGENDA 1. Call to order and certify compliance with the open meeting law 2. Adoption of meeting agenda 3. Take action on the application for Class C Activity License applied for by Del Bar 3.0 LLC for Derby Party for Charitable Cause at Del Bar – 800 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy to be held May 6, 2023 4. Take action on the application for outdoor musical performance permit applied for by applied for by Del Bar 3.0 LLC for Derby Party for Charitable Cause at Del Bar – 800 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy to be held May 6, 2023 5. Take action on application for term license to erect tent applied for by Del Bar 3.0 LLC for Derby Party for Charitable Cause at Del Bar – 800 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy to erect a 40’ x 80’ tent on May 5, 2023 and taken down on May 8 th 6. Take action the Del-Bar 3.0 LLC “Class B” Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor license description for the period ending June 30, 2023 to include the Del-Bar Parking lot for one event being held on May 6, 2023 under a tent on the west side of Del- Bar 7.
