REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON May 4, 2023 Upon giving proper notice pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats., and certifying compliance with the open meetings law, a Regular Meeting of the Village of Lake Delton was called to order on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. in the Lake Delton Police Department located at 35 Miller Drive. Present were President John Webb, Trustees Leslie Bremer, Cary Brandt, Merije Ajvazi, Joe Eck, Thomas Diehl and Bernadette Skwor. Also in attendance was Richard Cross. A motion was made by Skwor, seconded by Eck to certify compliance with the open meetings law and to adopt meeting agenda. Motion carried. Motion by Diehl, second by Brandt, to approve a application for Class C Activity License applied for by Del Bar 3.0 LLC for Derby Party for Charitable Cause at Del Bar – 800 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy to be held May 6, 2023. Motion carried. Motion by Diehl, second by Eck, to approve the application for outdoor musical performance permit applied for by applied for by Del Bar 3.0 LLC for Derby Party for Charitable Cause at Del Bar – 800 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy to be held May 6, 2023. Motion carried. Motion by Bremer, second by Skwor, to approve the term license to erect tent applied for by Del Bar 3.0 LLC for Derby Party for Charitable Cause at Del Bar – 800 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy to erect a 40’ x 80’ tent on May 5, 2023 and taken down on May 8 th. Motion carried. Motion by Diehl, second by Bremer, to approve the action the Del-Bar 3.0 LLC “Class B” Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor license description for the period ending June 30, 2023 to include the Del-Bar Parking lot for one event being held on May 6, 2023 under a tent on the west side of Del-Bar Under any other matters authorized by law, Diehl moved to waive the per diem for this meeting. Second by Brandt. Motion carried. It was discussed to bring an ordinance amendment to the board to allow for administrative review of renewal permits for consideration at a future Village Board Meeting.
