MINUTES OF THE PLAN COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON Upon giving proper notice pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats., and certifying compliance with the open meetings law, the Plan Commission of the Village of Lake Delton was called to order on Monday, March 27, 2023, at 1:00 PM in the Lake Delton Police Department. Present were Chair John Webb, Commissioners Les Bremer, Steve Droegkamp, Marije Ajvazi, and Cary Brandt. Commissioner Doug Clausen was excused. Also in attendance were Public Works Foreman Jason Puttkamer, Public Works Director Gary Hansen, Police Chief Daniel Hardman, Assistant Fire Chief Jimmy Bowen, Fire Captain Kevin Foster, and Attorney Richard Cross. Bill Ryan from ADCI was also in attendance. A motion to adopt the agenda was made by Webb, seconded by Skwor. A motion was made by Brandt, seconded by Droegkamp, to recommend approval of the Architectural Design & Landscaping Review for new development at 111 Wis Dells Pkwy S, Domino's Relocation after review by the commission. Motion carried. A motion was made by Bremer, seconded by Droegkamp, to recommend approval of the Architectural Design Review to change exterior color of America ’s Best Inn at 350 West Munroe Ave . Motion carried. There were no other matters as authorized by law. Motion to adjourn by Webb, seconded by Brandt.
