Stats, that a MEETING OF PLAN COMMISSION of the Village of Lake Delton will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023, at 3:30 P.M. at the Lake Delton Police Department, 35 Miller Drive in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin. AGENDA 1. Call to order and certify compliance with the open meeting law. 2. Adopt meeting agenda. 3. The public hearing as published for Vandelay Ventures LLC is CANCELLED as it is not required by ordinance. 4. Consider a request for Architectural review for an Avid Hotel as applied for by Vandelay Ventures LLC, 1273 Kalahari Dr. (Tax Parcel #146-0356-01100). 5. Review and take action on an Arch Design and Landscaping Review for Exterior Changes for 1550 Wis Dells Pkwy (Former FYP Selfie Museum). 6. Review and take action on an Architectural Design & Landscaping Review for new development at 111 Wis Dells Pkwy S, Domino's Relocation. 7.
