Stats, that a Special Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Lake Delton will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023 beginning at 2:00 PM at the Kay C Mackesey Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy South, in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin, and the following items will appear on the agenda. AGENDA 1. Call to order and certify compliance with the open meeting law. 2. Adoption of meeting agenda. 3. Citizen Appearances (discussion only). 4. Take action on the Initial Class A-PM permit application expiring 9/30/2023 for Property Manager – Steven & Kathryn Larsen at 1251 Canyon Road #26, as referred by the Housing and Property Maintenance. 5. Take action on the Initial Class A-PM permit application expiring 9/30/2023 for Property Manager – Keith Forrest/Anderson Management Co. at 1251 Canyon Road #39, as referred by the Housing and Property Maintenance. 6. Take action on the Conditional Use Permit, applied for by Delton Oaks Management LLC, 730 E. Hiawatha Dr. (Tax Parcel #146-0136-00000) Waterfront Commercial District (W-C), pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 66, Subchapter 66.63 (h). to expand the existing resort at 730 E.
