TOWN OF CALEDONIA – WAUPACA COUNTY Park Committee Meeting June 10, 2026, 1-7:30 pm Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a subcommittee of the Caledonia Park Committee will conduct a meeting at the Town Hall during the time that the Gruetzmacher Family representative is available to meet. The subcommittee contains a quorum of Park Committee members. These meetings of the Town Board are open to the public. Proper notice has been posted with the time, place, and agenda of the meeting. Call meeting to order and pledge of allegiance No Public Forum will be offered at the beginning of this meeting Agenda Old Business ● Review park financials of spending to date, committed & planned future spending, breakdown of Gruetzacher Charitable Trust spending and Town of Caledonia spending, and timing of monetary transfer needs. Action Items: ● Ensure Gruetzmacher Family and Town of Caledonia are in agreement with the plan and adjust the plan as needed. Any adjustments will be sent to the Park Committee for final approval.
