Town of Caledonia Special Town Board Meeting Minutes May 12, 2026
In attendance: Chairperson Abba, Supervisor Bosquez, Supervisor Knuth, Clerk|Treasurer Snyder Chairperson Abba called the meeting to order at 3:30 pm Action Items: ● Chairperson Abba presented tractor solutions for town maintenance. Discussion ensued. A lease is
preferable
because
it
gives
us
time
to
understand
our
needs
at
the
parks.
A
motion
was
made
to
do
a
3-year
lease
for
a
Kubota
sub
compact
tractor
with
4
attachments
at
Service
Motors
with
monthly
payments
not
to
exceed
$800
($400
town
portion,
$400
maintenance
donation
for
Gruetzmacher
Park)
with
a
3-year
warranty.
Motion
carried

● Motion to approve a used trailer purchase for $1800 to transport the tractor between sites. Motion

● Motion to approve the Gruetzmacher Park Community Center furniture purchase for 100 chairs and 20
